4. Pharmacy & Prescription Adherence
Pulse Pharmacy requires a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner for all prescription-only medications. Uploaded prescriptions via WhatsApp are verified by our in-house pharmacists. We reserve the right to decline dispensing medicines if a prescription is invalid or missing.
5. Laboratory Services
Our diagnostic laboratory provides testing based on doctor orders. While we guarantee advanced machinery and certified lab technicians, diagnostic accuracy is contingent on patient compliance with instructions (e.g., fasting state, morning samples). Test reports are delivered securely.
